Rich people profiles
To help your employees get to know each other that little bit better, Interact provides users with an easy-to-update profile. Refine search by filtering results by categories, then identify who best fits requirements from high-level employee overviews.
Add your own unique fields
Every organization is different and so is the information you want to display. Define and populate profile fields tailored to your individual workplace, alongside the standard ones available in Interact.
Profile field management
Define who can see specific profile fields, for example expose personal contact information to HR only, or car registration numbers to office and operations staff.
Enrich your knowledge base
Build users' profiles by suggesting skills and expertise that can be either added to their own profile, or for which they can endorse their colleagues. A simple but powerful way of enhancing your knowledge base.
Top down or peer-to-peer; with Interact Rewards employees can give and receive recognition for their efforts and contributions. Points can be collected over time and redeemed in a way that suits your organization.

Dual system of records
Individual profiles can be populated and updated from multiple directory sources, for example employee name from Active Directory and job title and reporting line from Workday.
