We are delighted to welcome Matt Taylor and Michael Whitfield as Non-Executive Directors of Interact Software.  

Castik’s recent significant strategic investment in Interact marks a pivotal stage in the company’s evolution. The partnership follows strong market validation, including being named a Leader in the 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Intranet Packaged Solutions and ranking first in the 2026 ClearBox Consulting Intranet and Employee Experience Platforms report. Together, this recognition underscores Interact’s growing leadership in the enterprise employee experience market. The appointments of Matt and Michael further strengthen the company’s ability to scale on this momentum. 

As a go to market leader, Matt brings extensive experience in transforming sales functions and operations as companies experience rapid scaling. Matt leads Revenue Operations for Celonis, the European AI tech company that was recently named number 3 on Forbes’ Future 50. Prior to that, Matt led the Global GTM Operations and Global Solution Sales organisations for ServiceNow. At ServiceNow Matt established, evolved and ran a number of sales and operations functions as the company grew from $3 billion in revenue to $11 billion. Before ServiceNow Matt worked in growth private equity and was a Partner at Bain & Co. 

Michael has worked in financial services, employee benefits and software for over 40 years. In 2000 he set up Thomsons Online Benefits, which was sold to Mercer, part of MMC, a NYSE listed company in 2016. Since leaving Thomsons, Michael has invested in, and become a director / chairman of, several high growth technology and consumer businesses where he helps them grow faster and smarter using his own business experience and network.
