Our journey began in 1996 in a small office near Carrington, Greater Manchester. Since that day, Interact has evolved as a major industry player, serving clients worldwide, with offices in Manchester, New York, Tulsa, and Manilla.
With a portfolio of innovative customers like Subway, Teva, Baptist Health, Levi’s, Dominos and so many others, we’re proud to partner with forward-thinking organizations to deliver business-changing solutions that power exceptional people.
Still headquartered in Manchester, led by CEO, Simon Dance, but now serving over 1,500 customers throughout the US, Canada, EMEA, and Australia, the Interact name inspires confidence and trust for enterprises around the world – and that’s down to the way our people operate.
In the UK, where geography presents less of a challenge, face to face meetings are common. In the US, where remote collaboration is more common, we nonetheless expect our people to meet the same standard but in a different way; our US-based Customer Success team allows us to build up relationships on the ground, adjusting our methods to suit the local market.
This fundamental truth is core to our operations: when people feel heard, our partnership can deliver great things.
The reverse is also true, and not only for our clients. When employees feel disconnected, innovation stalls, engagement drops, and culture suffers.
