Challenges

Before implementing its new intranet, Audacy relied on out-of-date technology that resulted in:

 

  • Sporadic communications: Communicating with employees was inconsistent, which made it difficult for people to stay up-to-date on company news and
    events.
  • Knowledge silos: The overreliance on email and SharePoint meant that information was not managed or shared effectively.
  • Culture gaps: Audacy is a large company with thousands of employees. It was difficult to reconcile everyone under a new culture and set of values
    following a merger and rebrand.

Solutions
