Interact has been highlighted in the independent digital workplace consultancy’s annual Intranets and Employee Experience Platforms report, a go-to resource that lays out top options for businesses considering new intranet software and employee experience platforms.
ClearBox Consulting has released its Intranets and Employee Experience Platforms V4.0 report, and we are pleased to announce that Interact has been recognized as elite enterprise employee experience (EX) platform for delivering AI-powered innovation, rich publishing tools, and advanced audience targeting for global enterprises.
ClearBox is a trusted, independent digital workplace consultancy made up of experts who specialize in the implementation of intranets and EXPs, and the report is one of the most highly anticipated in the sector due to its comprehensive view of the employee experience technology landscape.
Each year, the report identifies the top products businesses should consider when searching for employee experience technology. Of the 20 products that received detailed reviews in this year’s report, only six, including Interact, are placed in the ‘Optimized’ quadrant which signifies that they have a higher average score and deserve strong consideration.

According to ClearBox, vendors placed in the ‘Optimized’ quadrant, can be summarized as:
- More comprehensive range and depth of capabilities out-of-the-box
- Less administrative burden to set up (likely handled in-house or by the vendor, but not always)
- Ongoing administration is simpler

As part of the review process, intranets and employee experience platforms were assessed based on their performance in eight different scenarios:
- User experience and visual appeal
- Publishing and communications management
- Community and engagement
- Integrations and services (including M365)
- Information finding and search
- Administrator experience
- Analytics
- Mobile and frontline support

In addition to grades in each of the above scenarios, platforms were also evaluated on other factors, including price point, customer feedback, and overall capabilities. This provided an extensive look at each product’s strengths and weaknesses.
