Interact has been recognized on Ragan’s 2026 HR Tech Hot List, joining companies recognized for technology that is improving employee experience, engagement, and workplace communication.

The recognition was celebrated at Ragan’s Employee Experience Conference in Nashville, where HR, internal communications, and employee experience leaders gathered from August 3–5.

Ragan’s HR Tech Hot List spotlights platforms and solutions helping organizations support their people in practical, measurable ways. Its assessment of Interact gets straight to the point:

“Interact gives enterprises a clearer path to employee connection.”

That’s a description we’re happy to stand behind.

Making work easier to navigate

Ragan highlighted Interact’s AI-native employee experience platform for helping organizations make information easier to find, communications easier to manage, and work easier to navigate.

Its profile also recognizes Interact’s role across internal communication, content discovery, employee engagement, and mobile access.

That matters hugely.

Workplace technology should remove friction. Not create yet another place employees have to search.

People need quick access to trusted information. Comms teams need a simpler way to reach the right audiences. And organizations need technology employees will actually use.

That’s the job.

More than an award trip to Nashville

The Hot List recognition was one part of a busy few days for Interact at Ragan’s Employee Experience Conference.

Kris Morrison, our Chief Customer Officer, welcomed attendees during the opening general session. He also hosted Danielle LeBlanc, Director and Head of Corporate Communications at MUFG, for a conversation about storytelling, conversation, and employee voice.

Interact joined the event as a Titanium sponsor, too.

Those conversations fitted neatly with the wider themes of the conference. Ragan’s post-event coverage focused on culture, leadership, AI, and the human side of employee experience.

Good employee technology has a role in all of them.

But the technology isn’t the point. What people can do with it is.

Another win in a strong summer for Interact

The Ragan recognition follows three awards earned with Interact customer Kent earlier this summer.

Kent and Interact received Bronze for Best Use of AI in Internal Communications at the 2026 AI Comms Awards.

A few weeks later, the partnership took home two Gold awards at the Internal Communications and Engagement Awards: Best Intranet and Best Use of Artificial Intelligence in Internal Communications.

All three recognized Frank, Kent’s employee experience platform, and the results it is delivering for more than 13,000 employees across 26 countries.

Those results include sustained 70% monthly active usage, more than 22,000 AI-powered searches each month, and a 75% reduction in communications-team email volume.

Different awards. Same principle.

Technology earns its place when it makes work better for people.

We’re proud to see Interact recognized on Ragan’s 2026 HR Tech Hot List, and proud of the customers who keep pushing us to build better employee experiences.

Congratulations to every company recognized on this year’s list.
