Why has The Heartbeat been recognised?

The Heartbeat has been shortlisted in the Best Use of Technology in Employee Engagement category, which recognises organisations using technology to make measurable and sustainable advances in employee engagement.

The 2026 Engage Awards received a record number of entries, with finalists selected through an anonymised judging process.

The winners will be announced at the Engage Awards ceremony at Old Billingsgate in London on 10 November 2026.
