Intranet Professional Nigel Williams Joins Interact as Community Manager
31st May 2012 – Interact, a leading supplier in intelligent intranet software today announced the appointment of intranet professional Nigel Williams as Community Manager.
The newly created role will see Nigel leveraging his substantial industry experience to grow the online Interact customer community to enrich customer experience and service provision for all Interact Intranet clients. He will also be working with the Interact Product Development team to manage collaborative best practice to further perpetuate Interact’s status as a leading player in the social intranet market place.
Nigel previously spent three years as Intranet Manager for facilities management company Romec, where he was instrumental in saving the company approximately £2.3 million per annum after successfully implementing an award winning intranet solution to a geographically dispersed workforce. His work contributed to a 30% reduction in internal emails and a 70% reduction in internal calls following the implementation of the Romec intranet. He is a dynamic intranet professional, regularly contributing and communicating with intranet peers via industry groups, events and focus groups.
