She has practical experience with all aspects of an intranet lifecycle, from research, to implementation, to ongoing governance, and overall strategy. The culmination of the lifecycle of the intranet she managed at Waterstones was winning a Gold Digital Impact Award for Best Intranet. <br><br> Suzie’s intranet experience has grown out of the roots of internal communication, so she has a focus on employee experience and engagement, plus strong content. Remote and difficult to reach users were often the core user-base for the intranets Suzie managed, so she has extensive experience at finding ways to engage and connect a broad audience range. <br><br> Suzie is a skilled writer and editor, and leads on the research for ClearBox, which includes being responsible for the suite of review reports.

Wes Stanford is the DE&I Manager for Center Parcs UK & Ireland, a role that is the first of its kind within the company. In this position, he is responsible for developing and implementing the DEI strategy, driving positive change, and creating an environment and culture aligned with the company’s vision of “Everyone’s Welcome.” Previously, Wes was the Employee Experience Manager at Superdry, where he led the internal communications strategy and managed data-driven initiatives aimed at engaging and retaining talent during a challenging period of change and turnaround.
