Molly is a Freelance Communications Consultant with Allbutt Consulting and a former Communications Manager at Google for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She has led landmark campaigns including the Tokyo Olympic Games, the launch of Google’s first data centre in Israel, and executive communications for the President of Google Cloud. Her career also includes roles at Agilisys and Haymarket Media Group, where she honed her expertise in high-impact storytelling and strategic engagement. Beyond the office, Molly is just as at home captivating audiences on stage as she is bringing fierce determination to the tennis court.

Allan Tanner has over 25 years’ experience working in digital services across sectors, delivering intranet and digital workplace projects for organisations such as the European Space Agency, Citizens Advice Scotland and Standard Life. He firmly believes that, done well, technology can make employees’ jobs simpler and more enjoyable. In his current role he leads the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team in Gallagher’s Employee Engagement & Communication consulting practice.

Known for her straight-talking, future-focused style, H blends evidence, real-world stories, and a dash of wit to challenge leaders to move beyond the “poster and pizza” approach to culture. Her work champions conscious leadership, purposeful storytelling, and meaningful experiences - grounded in the belief that the future of leadership will be defined more by empathy and curiosity, than by hierarchy and control. Away from client work, she’s happiest with a good book, experimenting in the kitchen, or halfway up a hill – always learning, always exploring.

Elaine Bailey is a dynamic professional based in Glasgow, with a wealth of experience in internal communications and across various aspects of HR. Currently serving as an Internal Communications Manager, she supports international benefits across 30+ countries, focusing on developing employee-facing content and strategic engagement plans. Elaine has a proven track record in organisational change management, stakeholder management and analytical skills, having held various roles at JPMorganChase, including HR Business Partner, Global Technology Communications for DEI. She is a Chartered Member of CIPD and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in IT with distinction. Elaine enjoys music, reading and spending time with her dog and husband.

My specialties include internal communications, employee engagement, event management, design and visuals, video production, branding, project management, and intranet management.
