Why Attend?

Employee experience (EX) has become a ubiquitous topic for business leaders. With the world of work changing rapidly, it is seen by many as a crucial factor in retaining and engaging existing staff while also attracting new talent in a competitive market.

Keeping staff updated and engaged through creative, efficiently delivered communications plays a critical role in this by ensuring staff don’t become disengaged just because they’re dispersed. But what should great communication and outstanding EX look like as the nature of work changes?

Join 100+ comms, HR and digital workplace professionals at Interact Live, the free event that offers one place for you to learn from global brands, top industry experts and those in the field of employee experience.

This event will look at:

  • Who should improve the employee experience? Exploring the intersection between IC, HR and EX.
  • Modern comms strategies: Creating and delivering content that promotes better experiences for all.
  • Connecting a multigenerational audience: Understanding how to communicate with changing workforces.
  • The state of the industry: Analysing the digital workplace market and evaluating the tools that can help you.

    • Are employees just surviving change or thriving in it? - Mark Bunker, IABC UK ·

Turning your employee experience of change into a competitive advantage.

We live in a time where volatility, complexity and rapid change is the new normal. Organisations have had to respond and adapt rapidly in the face of a global pandemic, rethinking a new world whilst at the same time employees have deeply reflected on what they want from their lives and their experience at work. And a fundamental part of that experience is how employees are supported, encouraged and valued through change.

This presentation will focus on how communication and HR professionals can best help their organisations, leaders and people thrive through this era of change not just survive it, and by doing so turn your employee change journey into a competitive advantage.
