Sheryl Lewis is the president of ROI and a founding member of the agency.
In her 21 years with the company, she has worked closely with ROI on a wide range of initiatives, including strategy development, change management, leadership alignment and organizational design. She has also served in numerous leadership roles at ROI, including executive vice president, account manager, managing director, head of sales and marketing, strategic advisor and more. During her tenure, Sheryl has also acted as a manager and mentor to ROI team members.
Prior to joining ROI in 2002, Sheryl worked at Quantum Corporation, one of the world’s leading storage suppliers for personal and enterprise computers. At Quantum, she served in a broad array of roles that included VP of talent management, director of management and organizational development, director of business excellence and director of product marketing.
