    • Do I have your attention? ·

The battle for employee attention has never been fiercer. With most of us tethered to our devices, distractions are constant and relentless. Research shows our attention spans are measurably shrinking, so how can internal communicators cut through the noise and capture focus when it matters most?

Join communications expert Molly Allbutt as she explores the quest for attention and shares how to shape internal narratives that not only inform but truly inspire.

Who will lead the change? And what role does internal communications have to play?

    • Beyond woo-woo: the need for meaning at work ·

Work isn’t working for most people. UK workers are some of the least engaged in Europe for employee engagement – with only 10% of us feeling engaged at work.

At the same time, society outside of work is shifting fast. Spirituality, wellbeing and conscious living have moved from the ‘woo-woo fringe’ to the mainstream. People are seeking deeper meaning, connection and authenticity in their lives – yet our workplaces are built on outdated, structure-driven models.

In this session, H will explore how conscious leadership and purpose-driven communication can close this gap. She’ll suggest ways that internal comms professionals can play a powerful role in creating workplaces where belonging, authenticity and purpose can flourish.

    • Comms Across Borders: Insights and Innovations ·

Join us for an engaging fireside chat that delves into the evolving landscape of internal communication. Elaine will share her journey as an internal communicator, offering valuable insights into the challenges and triumphs faced along the way. This session will explore how AI can be leveraged to enhance communication strategies, the complexities of navigating multiple countries, and the key considerations for creating impactful employee communications.

From strategic shifts to the rollout of multi-channel platforms, this session will explore how organisations are adapting to meet the needs of a modern workforce.
