The Role

Interact are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic customer-facing Solution Specialist with an internal communications background.

You will become an expert with Interact’s world-leading intranet software to provide sales enablement. You can explore and understand complex requirements at a high level and zoom in to understand to match these requirements with Interact’s functionality.

Ultimately, you are passionate about communications and have the ability to take often complex communication channels and explain how they can be easily achieved. You are naturally curious and not afraid to get your hands dirty.

A little about you...

  • The ability to communicate how Interact can create solutions for challenges raised by internal communication teams
  • General understanding of the wider picture of the digital workplace and the platforms that exist in this space (e.g. Office 365, Workday, ServiceNow, Workplace from Facebook etc.).
  • Well-versed in web technology and content management systems.
  • Familiar with API’s and other integration methods.
  • Confident in communicating at all levels (e.g. mid-level to VP’s).
  • Highly organized to balance requests from multiple stakeholders constantly.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience working alongside sales teams and sales process.
  • A genuine curiosity for technology and problem-solving, coupled with a desire to take on responsibility. Our product is ever-growing and knowing how to identify which parts will solve a customer's particular problem is important.

Your responsibilities

  • Work very closely with the global Sales team and Customer Success team to provide expertise and assistance in demonstrating elements of Interact (e.g. deep-dive demonstrations with persona journeys).
  • Be able to gather requirements and illustrate these within the software.
  • Provide communications expertise and challenge prospects/customers on best practice.
  • Provide assistance in proposals, RFP/RFI’s or Statement of Work responses where in-depth product knowledge input is required (e.g. list of functional requirements).
  • Own the vanilla demonstration site ensuring it accurately presents the best of ‘what’s possible’ in a modern intranet.
  • Running regular training sessions on the product to the Sales and Customer Success teams highlighting new features and the benefits to customers and prospects.
  • Building out custom demo sites for pitches to match a prospect or customers’ requirements including adding custom data, making structural changes or other alterations to maximise the benefits.

Development

Interact Academy

The Interact Academy is our in-house training programme designed to kick-start your training and development from your first day at Interact. You will meet with our CEO and senior managers to hear about our mission and values. You will also find out more about each department to learn how each one fits together and how your role works within them. Alongside this, you will complete your Interact Academy product and role-specific training to give you the tools to be successful in your role.

Product training

The Interact Academy will take you on a journey through our product, enabling you to gain an in-depth understanding of all of its features, users and benefits. You will follow a modular programme increasing in complexity to ensure in-depth understanding to assist you in being successful in your roles.

Role-specific training

As an Interact employee you will also receive in-depth role-specific training to ensure that you are fully knowledgeable about your role and how to make it a success.
