- Meet up Location: Lobby of the Disneyland Hotel, look for Interact signage. We’ll walk to the tour location as a group.
- Timing: We’ll be in the lobby from 12:30–12:45 PM gathering the group. Please arrive on time to ensure we stay on schedule. If you’re running late please reach out to us to let us know.

3:00pm - 6:00pmFree Time in the Park
Enjoy complimentary access to Disneyland Park during this open window. You’re welcome to explore the park at your own pace or stick with the group.

6:30pm - 8:30pmEvening Mixer at Paseo
Join us for an evening mixer at Paseo, an upscale Mexican restaurant in Downtown Disney by Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytán. Enjoy complimentary food and drinks as you unwind with fellow communicators.

Experience the dazzling Paint the Night parade from a reserved viewing area, giving you front-row access to the electrifying spectacle of over a million LED lights, vibrant floats, and favorite Disney characters in motion.
Timing: We will head to the parade directly after dinner
